EJTN is expanding its training offer for the second half of 2026 with a series of additional activities now open to participants. Covering a range of timely topics, from tax law, digitalisation, and criminal justice cooperation to judicial leadership, these newly launched seminars respond to priorities identified in the European Judicial Training Strategy 2025–2030 and needs expressed by EJTN Members. They provide judges, prosecutors, and other justice practitioners with new opportunities to deepen their expertise and exchange experience on some of the most pressing challenges facing European justice systems today.
Administrative Law: Competitiveness and the single market (tax law challenges in the digital era)

Participants will gain a practical understanding of key legislative and judicial developments, discuss common challenges encountered in tax-related disputes, and exchange experiences with peers on applying EU legal principles in national judicial practice.
