On 29-30 January in Utrecht, the Netherlands, the EJTN Steering Committee met for the first to start its new mandate, which will run until the end of 2028. The members of the Steering Committee were elected at the 2025 EJTN General Assembly in Gdańsk, Poland.
During this inaugural meeting, the Steering Committee members addressed several topics shaping the Network’s future, including the development and implementation of EJTN’s 2028–2034 Strategic Plan, upcoming training initiatives, and key priorities such as the digital transformation of justice.
Moreover, the members elected the Chair of the Steering Committee, who will lead its work for the next years. Congratulations to IGO/IFJ, represented by Raf Van Ransbeeck – we look forward to working together. Members were also elected for the financial and governance committees.
