PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Description: 

The webinar will aim at giving insights on the post-Brexit relationship between the EU and the UK in judicial cooperation in criminal matters, based on the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between the EU and the UK. It will give participants an overview of which elements in European criminal justice are affected, how the new form of post-Brexit cooperation between the EU and the UK will take shape and what practical steps are currently being implemented.

The working language of the training is English.

Target audience: 

Open to judges and prosecutors from all MS

 

 

 

Application procedure: 

All applications must be submitted through the candidates' national EJTN member institution.

Participation:

Upon invitation by EJTN, participants register via EJTN online  platform to which they receive access.
After the event, reimbursement is processed via EJTN online platform.
