a) Framework Decisions 2003/577/JHA, 2005/214/JHA and 2006/783/JHA.

b) Judicial cooperation towards seizure and confiscation of assets in the framework of the Council of Europe 8^th of November 1990.  

c) Proportionality principle while applying the European Arrest Warrant

 Target audience:
