TRAINING CONTENT AND TARGET AUDIENCE

 

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Description: 

This 1,5 day long seminar will raise awareness to the European dimension in the field of civil procedure; provide training on the EU Regulations including the relevant case law on cross-border taking of evidence and service of documents; promote contacts between national judges from different Member States.

The seminar is designed to be practice-oriented and focused on peer and expert training. Participating judges will deal with concrete situations and be faced with real questions by means of case studies and workshops in which active participation is encouraged.

Application procedure: All applications must be submitted through the candidates' national EJTN member institution. Approximately 48 places are available.
