PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Description: 

A three day, online course designed for EU judges and prosecutors dealing with cybercrime law related cases.

It aims at developing both legal and linguistics skills of the participants by combining legal information and language exercises in a practical and dynamic way.

Participants are divided in three small groups to be developed in English.

Each group is trained for the entire duration of the seminar by a team composed of a linguist expert and a legal expert acting simultaneously.

The course combines theoretical and practical sessions of the four basic language skills: reading, writing, speaking, listening, within legal terminology.

Target audience: 

Judges and prosecutors from all EU Member States dealing with cyber-crime related cases and having the C1 language level as per Common European Framework of Reference for Languages

Application procedure: 

All applications must be submitted through the candidates' national EJTN member institution.

Participation:

Upon invitation by EJTN, participants register via EJTN online  platform to which they receive access.
After the event, reimbursement is processed via EJTN online platform.
