The quality of teaching and learning is a priority of all training programs, including in the field of judiciary. Developing such training events require active participation and interaction between the participants and the trainers, as well as between the trainees themselves. The advance of information and communication technologies also promoted learning in different teaching environments with interactive tools. Following these trends, the webinar on training in an interactive way aims at developing the participants’ facilitation skills, as well as their methodological knowledge and understanding of how to apply interactive methods, and techniques, including e-tools. This event will focus on the following topics: collaborative learning (working in teams), interactive methods, and techniques, including also the methodology for using interactive e-tools.
General aims of the seminar:
✓ Developing the participants’ skills to design e-learning modules and activities;
✓ Deepening the participants’ knowledge in interactive methods and e-tools and the methodology of using it
Learning objectives:
Upon completion of the webinar, the participants will be able to:
✓ Explain the advantages of using e-learning in judicial training;
✓ Summarize the application of the interactive methods, delivery formats, and e-tools in the process of e-learning;
✓ Describe the roles of the trainer in an online learning environment; ✓ Discuss different techniques for presenting content interactively.
