Description:
Day –and –a –half training designated for judges working within judicial cooperation in civil matters and applying the EU civil justice instruments in practice. The training will combine theoretical lectures with practical workshops. Training material will consist of comprehensive case studies which were prepared by ERA’s and national experts and will cover the following topics: Brussels Ia Regulation, European Payments Order, European Small Claims Procedure, European Enforcement Order, European Account Preservation Order.
